the pool area looked beautiful and well-kept. they have a simple coffee area, this is clean. the hotel do provide secure, private parking under cover.

the staff was very polite and tried to help with requests. check-in was quick. the front desk assisted with directions and provided local recommendations. staff always smiled, nice.

the room had a small balcony with a clothes rack. it included a television with many channels. the bedding felt of good quality. a big fridge was present, and a safe in the room.

nearby restaurants offered a variety of cuisines at walking distance. a convenience store sat very close, for quick snacks and drinks. i did not eat in the hotel, it has limited dining.

the room had an adequate size. the air conditioning worked well.
The shower looked dirty. i am not sure if it was dirt or aging. the fan above the bed made a terrible noise. It kept me awake. barbecue facilities were advertised but were not available.

The receptionist, bae, was very funny and cute. He is a credit to the hotel. the restaurant opposite the hotel provided really good food at good prices. the hotel provides complimentary water, which i found very helpful. my superior king room was very clean and well-organized. the staff members were really helpful.

the hotel is near the southern road and teprazit. there is convenient parking available at the hotel, and paid washing machines are accessible , very useful.

I found the room very clean and well kept. Staff offered prompt assistance and demonstrated really good friendliness. Nearby restaurants provided convenient dining options, and the 24-hour convenience store down the road proved quite handy.
It included drills and hammering throughout the day, disrupting the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. It made relaxing by the pool difficult.
