helpful staff efficient check-in
The staff members were very helpful. Check-in was efficient. The cleaning staff maintained the room well each day. I found the fitness area on the second floor, and it included a pool and a small gym.
Drills and hammering were constant.

The hotel sits 15 minutes away from the busy area. Thai restaurants are abundant on the way. A few bars are also nearby. The hotel is approximately 2 1/2 km from the center.

the room was clean all essentials were provided it looked like the photos i saw. the staff were helpful and friendly . the hotel features a washing machine and a dryer on the ground floor for guest use.
the pool area lacked sufficient sun loungers it could benefit from additional seating.

the pool area looked beautiful and well-kept. they have a simple coffee area, this is clean. the hotel do provide secure, private parking under cover.

the staff was very polite and tried to help with requests. check-in was quick. the front desk assisted with directions and provided local recommendations. staff always smiled, nice.

the room had a small balcony with a clothes rack. it included a television with many channels. the bedding felt of good quality. a big fridge was present, and a safe in the room.

nearby restaurants offered a variety of cuisines at walking distance. a convenience store sat very close, for quick snacks and drinks. i did not eat in the hotel, it has limited dining.

mixed experience due to noise and cleanliness
dirty shower noisy fan
the room had an adequate size. the air conditioning worked well.
The shower looked dirty. i am not sure if it was dirt or aging. the fan above the bed made a terrible noise. It kept me awake. barbecue facilities were advertised but were not available.

The receptionist, bae, was very funny and cute. He is a credit to the hotel. the restaurant opposite the hotel provided really good food at good prices. the hotel provides complimentary water, which i found very helpful. my superior king room was very clean and well-organized. the staff members were really helpful.

Excellent Service and Clean Rooms
clean room friendly staff convenient dining
I found the room very clean and well-kept. Staff offered prompt assistance and demonstrated really good friendliness. Nearby restaurants provided convenient dining options, and the 24-hour convenience store down the road proved quite handy.
It included drills and hammering throughout the day, disrupting the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. It made relaxing by the pool difficult.
